KIT Germany does not provide on-campus housing options for students. However, it actively provides private housing options to them. Usually, overseas applicants are advised to apply for lodging admirably ahead of time in order to avail a reasonably priced accommodation in one of the residence halls. Around 3,000 rooms are available around Karlsruhe city for student dormitories. Accommodations are furnished with a washing machine, refrigerator, oven and water heater. Applicants can get accommodations in Dormitory Palace, Youth Hostel, shared apartments as well as private accommodations.

Yes, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology offers various types of financial aid and scholarship to their international students. Germany Karlsruhe University scholarships for international students are based on the merit, need and academic excellence of students.
