Hi,
Check with your college, if it allows inter-university migrations. The migrations are allowed after the completion of 2nd year i.e, 4th semester, but keep checking for any notifications.

According to data I get from various sources, this college management & teachers are not good. Exams are not conducted on time. Don't give focus on practicals. But, infrastructure is good.

I am not sure about it. First, check whether KTU have given a provision of getting transfer to another University in their rules and regulations. If yes, then also it is possible only, and if you have cleared all papers up to current semester.
Best Wishes.

Yes,
According to the KTU University college transfer conditions (https://www.ktustudy.in/ktu-college-transfer), you can shift colleges once before the beginning of S3 or S5. Also, you can only move from between two self-financing colleges. (Including government-controlled). For more details, your staff advisory would be able to help you.

If any university is UGC and AICTE approved, it is best. Both the university are offering slimier course. Content and syllabus is important. KTU, I think is conducting theory exam, whereas MG is conducting online test. So, you have to check many other parameters i.e. supply of books, conducting special sessions to solve our doubt, when they provide degree certificate. And, main thing is any study center must be very transparent about fees.
