Karunya University BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. Karunya University offers BTech courses through the School of Engineering & Technology. Karunya University BTech courses offer more than 30 specialisation in the four-year engineering programme. Karunya University BTech admission is based on KEE/TNEA. The basic eligibility criteria for enrolling into BTech at Karunya University is a candidate must complete Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics
Admission to BTech course is based on JEE Main/ KEE score. KEE or Karunya Entrance Examination conducted every year for admission to UG courses of Engineering, Agriculture, Biosciences, Criminology, Management, Media, Design, Nursing, Health science, Data Science, Forensic Science, Commerce, Nanoscience, Optometry. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted candidates are called for counselling and document verification. Candidates need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission.
Karunya University is recognised by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and UGC (University Grants Commission). and accredited with 'A+' Grade by NBA (National Board of Accreditation), NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council), and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). All the undergraduate, and postgraduate courses offered by the deemed-to-be university are approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and UGC (University Grants Commission).
No, admission to BSc course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate to apply for the BSc course. The university provides provisional admission online. However, only after the verification of document and payment of course fee, admission is confirmed. Any aspirant found with false documents will not be given admission.
