There are some eligibility conditions which needed to be fulfilled to appear for KCET.
For non-resident of Karnataka, you must have studied minimum 7 years of studies in Karnataka.
Resident of Karnataka who possesses "Residency Certificate" (Proof of Residence) can appear for Karnataka CET Examination.
Candidates must have cleared with minimum 45% in PCM/PCB in 12th to be eligible.
If you fulfil the eligibility, then you are eligible to appear for KCET.

Hello Mourya,
It's quite tough to say cutoff for aeronautical engineering for KCET. This is so since cut off changes from college to college and also from branch to branch in same college. If you can zero in on some probable colleges, then cutoff can be seen on their webpages.
