The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate college and seat.

So, to get into one of those top colleges in silicon city like Bangalore, as per the statistics of the previous year, you need to get atleast 280 rank through general category for those like RV, MSRIT, PES. That means, your marks should be around 89 -90% minimum. That is 275 and above for the main 3 subjects which is out for 300. Hope, I have given you a picture of what minimum score you would be requiring.

I think it's enough because JEE Mains is one of the toughest exams in India. So, you will easily qualify with good rank in KCET. You should concentrate only on one thing.
