You can take biotechnology, because biotechnology is growing in India. It has big scope in upcoming years, and you are not enough done with B.Tech only. You can also study M.Tech.

I would say you should give it a try. There is a big chance for you to be selected. Apply in multiple colleges and wait till the last cutoff list.

Congratulations for your result. You have secured a very good marks and rank also.
Jain University is best for pursuing aeronautical engineering . You can also try in R V College of Engineering in aerospace branch and Dayananda Sagar College for aeronautical Engineering.

It depend upon your interest, passion, hard work that you have to do mean you have to study approximately 10 hour this year to get selected in JEE if you really do so then go for it. As every year competition are increasing day by day so you have to compete the test.
Still many private college who takes admission through your 12th marks so if you think you can't do best next year then join any private college.
