The eligibility criteria for BTech at Kerala Veterinary & Animal Sciences University differ based on the course. Central University of Haryana is not as good as Central University of Kerela in the following ways:
- Campus is greater than CHU in terms of proper division according to subjects, streams and departments.
- The fees is more but it is worth it .
- The placement is better - in CHU it is between 2-4LPA ;but it is 2-12LPA in central University of Kerela.
- The variety of liberal arts subject is more.
- The cut off for all the courses offered is more as compared to CHU.

KEAM - merit based.
Other eligibility criteria - Candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December 2023.
