At KIIT College of Engineering, placements are strong, with a high percentage of students securing positions in reputable companies. The 2024 placement season saw top companies like Amazon, IBM, TCS, and CISCO recruiting students, with the highest domestic salary package reaching INR 14 LPA, and the average package standing at INR 9.5 LPA. Some students even received international offers, with packages going up to INR 18.33 LPA.

KIIT University Placements report of 2021 has been released. During the placement drive the students managed to bag over 4700 job offers. Over 2910 students out of 3500 students in the batch got placed in different national and multinational companies. More than 260 companies participated in the placement drive. The highest CTC of INR 30 LPA was offered to them. The average CTC stood at INR 6.50 LPA. Top recruiters like Amazon, Accenture, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, Escorts, Infosys etc. Made placement offers to the students.
