No, Kirit P. Mehta School of Law does not conduct the NMIMS entrance test in online mode for admissions to the LLM course. For LLM admission, the institute and affiliated university conduct an offline entrance test at the NMIMS campus. Moreover, the personal interview for the selection process is also conducted in offline mode. Candidates are required to visit to the campus for examination and interview process.

The online registration for admissions to the LLM course at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law usually opens in the month of December. Further, the time for filling out the application form opens till the month of March. Admission for the academic batch of 2026 will open soon. The classes usually commence in the month of August.

Yes, the Kirit P. Mehta School of Law does offer an LLM course for the duration of one year at the postgraduate level. The basic eligibility requirement for admission to the LLM course is that candidates must complete their LLB degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Moreover, the admission process is entrance-based. The university accepts the valid scores from CLAT PG/ PGCETL/ Entrance test conducted by NMIMS.

No, NMIMS LAT scores are not required to secure admission into BBA LLB in Kirit P. Mehta School of Law. To secure admission into the BBA LLB courses, candidates need to appear in any of the following examinations: CLAT/NMIMS LAT. Besides, candidates having good marks in any one of the above exams are also eligible to secure admission. Once the institute releases the merit list, the candidates have to report for the counselling process conducted by the institute.

No, CLAT is not compulsory to get admissions into the BBA LLB course at Kirit P. School of Law. Because the institute is affiliated with NMIMS, and the institute accepts the relevant scores of NMIMS LAT for admissions to the BBA LLB course, Therefore, CLAT is one of the accepted entrance exams for admissions to the BBA LLB course, but it is not compulsory.
