For PhD programme in Law, selection to this institute takes place based on a Written Test conducted by NMIMS followed by an interview. Candidates who’ve qualified UGC-NET (including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE/ MPhil are allowed to not appear for the NMIMS Written Test.

The institute accepts NMIMS LAT, CLAT or LSAT for admission to its BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programmes, CLAT (PG) for admission to LLM and UGC-NET / UGC-CSIR NET / SLET/ GATE for admission to PhD.
