- Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
- Quantitative Ability

Each of these sections will have 40 questions and total of 120 questions. So it is important to focus on each of the subtopics under these broad sections.

Hello,
The KMAT(Karnataka Management Aptitude Test) question pattern is generally Paper-Pen-based test with 120 Multiple Choice Questions divided into three sections (40 each).
The exam will have MCQs only. Section wise syllabus for KMAT 2017 is as follows:
1) Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension:
English language ability that would include questions on grammar, vocabulary, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms, comprehension of passages, etc.
2) Logical and Abstract Reasoning:
This section can have questions on verbal reasoning, analogy among others.
3) Quantitative Ability:

Hi Kiran,
CAT and PGCET KMAT are all different management entrance exams. Generally, most of the best colleges in India accepts CAT so I want to suggest you to put your more and more stress in CAT exam. The better you score the more is the chance to get a good college. Ideally, you must have 85%+ in graduation (eligibility criteria is of 50%) and 98%+ in CAT exam.
