As per my knowledge, the course is available at NUJS Kolkata. It is an online course having a duration of 3 months and the exam could be given within 12 months after registration.

Candidates seeking admission to PG courses should fill the online application form available on the university website and send it along with the registration fee and relevant certificates within the stipulated time.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue a Diploma in labor law from the criteria mentioned below:
Diploma in Labor Law: Eligibility
Candidate must have passed their graduation level examination with at least 55% (45% to 50% for reserved category candidates) of the marks, from a recognized university.
