Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare is a one year full-time course diploma offered by University of Mumbai, Mumbai and approved by BCI. Every candidate for admission to the course for the Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare must have passed the Bachelors degree examination in any faculty either of this University or of other University whose examination is recognized as equivalent to the corresponding examination of this University.

You can definitely apply for diploma in law and labour welfare as a distance learning program. You need to apply it via college website. Complete the registration and upload all the documents required. You need to only write the exams conducted by the college.

Yes, of course, you are eligible for Diploma in Labour law as eligibility for diploma in labour law and Labour Welfare is listed here are the basic minimum criteria of eligibility needed to be fulfilled for admission to the course. A 3 to 5 year LL.B. in Intellectual Property Rights from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 50% for general and (45% for SC/ ST candidates).
