Hi,
Definitely, HRM field is quite an exciting area to work in and considering you have rich exposure in the training and development industry it will be a great advantage and all your experience working with people and guiding and mentoring, training them will come into force in the HRM as well. Choose the college based on ranking, eligibility, duration of course, fee and scholarships and outcomes - placements and professional opportunities thereafter.

Hi,
1. Most importantly, talk to as many people as possible in English. Practice specifically for job interviews questions by taking practice papers online.
2. Read books - even if they are small books read regularly.
3. Listen to podcasts
Do all of this regularly for over a period of 6 months and I am sure it will improve.

Hi Shilpa,
You need not worry. If you are not so good or comfortable with English Language, please feel free to go for M.Com in Hindi only. Because, if you will not understand what you are studying or being taught, there is no use of taking English. In the meanwhile, I would advise you to do some English speaking course through online mode, like youtube etc. People should feel comfortable in whatever they do and should not do things for sake of doing. If possible, learn Basic English in a few month and make yourself a bit settled in English language. May be, then you can do M.Com in English. Else, go only for Hindi for now, so that you

Hello Jai, It's a huge topic and there are plenty of languages that one can learn. But silver lining is that there are plenty of institutions in the market to teach language. Almost every language has enough potential for employment. Instead of me advising you, it's best that you interact with couple of such institutes in your city to know about whole system and then take a knowledgeable decision.
