Hi,
Definitely, HRM field is quite an exciting area to work in and considering you have rich exposure in the training and development industry it will be a great advantage and all your experience working with people and guiding and mentoring, training them will come into force in the HRM as well. Choose the college based on ranking, eligibility, duration of course, fee and scholarships and outcomes - placements and professional opportunities thereafter.

Hi,
1. Most importantly, talk to as many people as possible in English. Practice specifically for job interviews questions by taking practice papers online.
2. Read books - even if they are small books read regularly.
3. Listen to podcasts
Do all of this regularly for over a period of 6 months and I am sure it will improve.
