Hi Shoaib,
Your query is difficult to understand. About scholarship, universities or colleges abroad provide scholarship to students they consider meritorious and brilliant. But most are applicable for full time programs and short courses. Banks provide education loans too and again not for short term courses. Rest, you have to meet the admission criteria which differs from university to university, depending where you want to study and what exactly you plan to study you have to take tests such as SAT ACT, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.

The career options you have after English (hons.) are:
1. Language Translators (You can always consider this as one of the career possibilities, when you are an Indian because you are bound to know three languages- your mother tongue, Hindi and English.)
2. Content Writer + Editor
3. Subtitle Specialists
4. Event Management.
