Dear Student. A top notch lawyer can earn higher than a top notch surgeon. Practicing law as a profession has no upper or lower limits. Your income depends upon your clients' paying capacity, city you live in, your standard of work and your accomplishments, lawyers appearing in courts for Rs. 100 to Rs. 5 lacs per hearing, in Delhi. Obviously, there are many who charge even more. Even per case, it could be anything like 10k to a few lacs. An average practicing lawyer in Delhi trial courts earns roughly 50k to 100k and in High Court double of that. Supreme Court big lawyers can charge their clients anything they feel like. If you want t

I believe an average lawyer with great people skills and understanding of human nature beats a very good to excellent technical lawyer with poor people skills. Because you have to know how people think, what motivates them, what they are afraid of or what they will respond to if you want to be a great lawyer. The lawyer who knows the law backwards and forwards. You know all the procedural traps and can navigate the rules of evidence like a magician. But if you don't know how to make a point with a judge, or tell a jury a story, or recognize when your client is shading the truth, you will fail. Lawyering is an art. It is a skill set. It

We critics everything based on concept, norm, theory, living law and etc. That's what you will SEE in a court when a lawyer can turn something into his advantage. If you want to kick start a successful c
