Dear,
You can pursue your education from any part of India with open or distance learning degree but that open or distance university should be recognized by UGC and distance learning council. And, you have to check the eligibility and admission process for the particular course in university.

Their are 17 nlus in the county all except nlu delhi requires CLAT point and delhi required AILET points. for any nlu you will need atleast 45% in class 12th form any stream and CLAT or AILET points. The cut offs may may vary with different nlus and the difficulty level of exam.
