No, admission to NALSAR University of Law admission to BA LLB and LLM programmes cannot be done without CLAT scores. The admission criteria is strictly entrance based. Aspiring lawyers in India must successfully complete the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) administered by the Bar Council of India (BCI) to obtain a 'Certificate of Practice', which is mandatory for practicing law in the country. 

Apart from BA LLB and LLM course, the institute also offers MBA, BBA and PG Diploma courses. The admission criteria for these courses is strictly entrance based. However, these programmes accept CAT, NMET PG, IP MAT, JIPMAT, etc scores for admission.
