If you are currently in class 12th, you should fill in the month and year of passing as "yet to appear" or "awaited". This is because you have not yet taken your board exams and the results are not out. Once you receive your results, you can update your application accordingly. It's important to provide accurate information, so make sure to update your application with your actual results once they are available.
