Hii, Becoming a tax attorney requires graduation from a college or university and being able to complete three years of law school. The tax attorney's career begins by earning a Bachelor's Degree with a background in business or accounting. You cannot apply to law school without that degree. Diploma in Taxation Law (DTL) is a 1 year Certificate level course that allows you to learn about the tax related subjects like GST, income tax, amendments and related laws. DTL course enables you to hold a grip on tax application and its presentation. Thanks.

Firstly you should be clear with your objective of doing LL. M. 2 years LL. M is more suitable for teaching career and 1 year for corporate and legal jobs. Make list of some good colleges for LL. M. Prepare and appear for their entrance. You can explore about- DU LL. M
- Jamia LL. M
- CLAT LL. M
- TISS NET
- Allahabad LL. M entrance
- BHU PET for LL. M
- AMU LL. M
- AILET
- ILI
If Judiciary/ Litigation is your goal then LL. M would not be that much beneficial. You can also explore about- PGDM in business law from Symbosis SCDL
- Distance PGDM in personnel / HRM
- Distance LL. M from KUK / Anamali
Best wishes.

Hii, Distance degrees are not recognised by the Bar Council of India. There is a specific notification in this regard available online and at the BCI website. LL. M. has been recognised as a one year course too by the BCI and you may considered pursuing it full time at any University or Deemed University as per your choice. Thanks.

Dear kopal it all depends on interest. If you are interested in industry oriented jobs then go for B.Tech
If you want to go for academics then do B.Sc. And then higher studies. If you want a government. Job then you can either do B.Sc. Or B.A. Course to get a degree.
