The choice of an organisation relies on the different factors, for example, the foundation of a college, educational plan, Placements, Accreditation, Infrastructure Facilities, the most important the knowledge and experience of the Faculty. Therefore, in my opinion, I would recommend LPU because the School of Law is governed and regulated by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and its curriculum is also provided by BCI. Students have experienced internships at various High Courts, law firms, law chambers, commissions, corporate houses, and NGOs. LPU provides Experiential learning by Regular Open House Discussions in order to generate awareness about contemporary issues to identify corresponding legal challenges and implications. The Alumni's are working as Judicial officers, Legal practitioners, and Corporate advisors and Civil servants.

Corporate Law is quite different from the Company Secretary but can always bring in value to ones profile. Both the fields offers bright career opportunities but requires a lot of dedication and Hard work, so if you plan to pursue the two courses then this would require perfection in managing the two courses simultaneously.
