Firstly, you should be clear with your motive for LLM. If it is for a corporate job, gaining knowledge, or an academic career. LLM business law specializations would be more focused on the study of that law which deal with day to day business activities like specific trade law and business law. Whereas corporate law is more about company law, financial I. e law dealing with corporates like merger and acquisition. Corporate law is more lucrative and demanding. I will suggest you do LL. M from a good college along with preparation for Judiciary or competitive exam like bank exams. There are some competitive exams like Bank, PSU, Railways which are more suitable for a law student. If you wish to make a career in corporate law you can do LL. M ( I suggest 2 years) from top law colleges like NLU, JGLS, LPU, DU, Christ, Symbiosis, BHU, KIIT, Jamia, AMU. LL. M is more of an academic course thus can be done along with practice or legal jobs. BBA LLB five-year integrated programme has distinct objective of preparing young minds with knowledge, skills and attitude so as to make them proficient of efficaciously meeting the present necessities and to combat future challenges in legal profession. The courses are intended to impart intensive knowledge and training in management to have an overview in different subjects like Humanities, Social Science etc. and a comprehensive understanding of legal subjects through Moot Court exercises, Clinical work, Client interviewing &Counselling, Practical session in Procedural laws, lectures in Substantive laws etc. The eligibility criteria of BBA LLB (H) of KRMU is given below.
Eligibility : The candidate should pass the 10+2 examination conducted by CBSE or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with minimum aggregate of 50%.
First Year Fee: Rs.1,45,000/-
Admission process : All Candidates who are seeking admissions in various programmemes are required to follow the nine steps listed below-:
1). Download Application form through K.R. Mangalam website or get Admission- cum-Brochure from the counter at K.R. Mangalam University Campus, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, City Office: K.R. Mangalam Institute, N Block, Greater Kailash I, New Delhi- 110048.
2). Submit the duly filled Application Form (fill up personal details, qualification and choice of programme category of courses) along with the supporting documents.
3). Test score in any of the following National Level Test (optional) AIEEE/UPSEE/UGAT/ CAT/ MAT/SAT/ GMAT/ENAT/ EMAT is to be filed.
4). Attend Group Discussion/Personal Interview as per schedule wherever required.
5). Upon the final selection complete all the admission formalities and deposit the requisite fee.
