Generally, the online application form become available at the end of May last year they become available from 25/may/2018, so I think this year also they will become available at the end of this month keep checking online on their official website.

Yes,
Minimum Qualification for BA LLB Programme. A candidate needs to qualify the 10+2 examination from any board of examination. Securing at least 50 percent of marks in aggregate of the subjects in their class 12th board exam is a must.
