3-year LLB is a law Bachelor's degree. You should go for 5-years LLB course.

Regarding correspondence courses as far as my knowledge goes many good universities have closed law through correspondence. However, in Delhi University, evening law course is available. Please think about joining evening law course which is a regular course.

Legal consultants are not necessarily required to pass state bar exams. However, employers do prefer applicants who have courtroom experience, and individuals interested in working for these types of employers would have to pass the necessary state bar exams. It is not very well known for its law courses as opposed to its management courses however considering the performance of the institute over the years the BBA LL.B course at NMIMS also has a strong foothold in all the law courses across various institutes.
