Hi,
After CLAT, results are declared, aspirants who meet cutoffs for CLAT exam need to take part in the centralised counselling process that is conducted by law entrance exams authorities. Candidates are allotted seats for CLAT admissions on the merit-cum-preference basis. This means, that admission in law colleges is done basis their CLAT score and also by going through the preference order of colleges (accepting CLAT scores for admission) as mentioned by the candidate in his/her CLAT 2018 application form. It's good, but I would suggest you choose any other college for BA LLB as there more of the mass bunks and rescheduling of the class than studies here because most of the law students are localities and now you can imagine the rest but in terms of studies, the teachers are good and everything, but the surrounding atmosphere is somewhat not so pleasant, it's not good only for law students but for all.

Most of the reputed law colleges conduct their own exam. For example, NLUs ask for CLAT score. NLUD offers admission via AILET, GGSIPU through CET, BHU, and Symbiosis also have their own exams, etc. Since most of the competitive exams are over, you can approach private colleges or check your eligibility for KLEE which is yet to be conducted. You can also complete UG from DU then complete law from DU for which you will have to appear in its entrance exam.
As for the universities taking admissions on the basis of HSEE, you can check it on their respective website.

Probably yes, because most of the private universities offer admissions without any regards to scores.
