If you opt for a National Law University, then fees may go in Lacs. But, if you are able to find good private university or college, you can get good study in an affordable price. But, fee may vary in colleges.

I don't think, there is any other offline way of registering for the CLAT examination. The only way of doing registration is via the online one.

To be eligible for DU LL.B. Entrance exams you must first be a graduate. If you get a compartmental in HSc you have to clear this first. Read here:

I wouldn't outrightly say that it's difficult but a bit like the CLAT exam, an applicant has to be very aware of the time while attempting the paper. You can have a look at the past year question papers for more information.

If you're going to give the entrance exams this year, forms for ISAT, LPU, UPES and Christ are still open but I do suggest that you give CLAT next year if you can as it's the biggest law entrance exam in India atleast at a under graduate level.
