To become a lawyer, you need to have requisite qualification for clearing the BAR exam. LLB is must for that. So, without LLB and BAR, you can't, so BAR exam is of utmost importance. Without that, you can't work as a lawyer.

They take students right after class 12th for LLB course, The entrance is through a highly competitive exam and very few are able to make the cut. GGSIPU conducts its admission through its own exam conducted every year in the month of June/July. You have to check the eligibility criteria fur appearing into the exam which changes every year but most of the time it remains 40% minimum.
