Hello Justin,
There is an integrated five years course for law called BA LLB. There is a national level exam conducted for admission for this and to some of the other law colleges. You definitely need to study.

For law, you may choose UK or USA and start your preparation accordingly. English Law, or common law, is the basis for many legal systems, including those in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Pakistan. An international law degree is a great asset in the global economy of today as many business deals are negotiated across borders.

CLAT 2018, well, so it is on 13th May 2018, you have around 1-year.
First and foremost a candidate should go through the past year papers of CLAT and analyse each and every section very nicely. The topics of General Knowledge questions, the topics of the question in Legal Aptitude, the different types in each section, the chapters from which questions have been asked in Mathematics, the level and types of questions in Logical Reasoning. And you must note down the results of this analysis somewhere for future references.

One can either pursue a three-year law course (LLB) after graduation in any discipline or a five-year course after twelfth standard examinations, leading to a BA LLB (Hons). The duration of a graduate program is 3 years and an LLB course after that would be another 3 years.
