IMS Law college is far better than any other College in Delhi-NCR. It is the first college with integrated degree for BALLB and all faculty are experienced.

Office administration would be a better choice if you plan to work in India. However, if you are passionate about law and if you think you have an aptitude for studying law, then go for international law.

Yes, admissions go on till the 1st week of August.

You can get admission in BA LLB if seats aren't full and it also depends upon your rank.

There are a lot of possibilities that you'll get admission.

I think you forget to mention the college that you are asking for. Kindly edit your question because there many colleges under IPU. And if you are asking for IP University then yes, this is the best. Go grab the seat as this is the best option for BBA LLB.

The fee structure varies in different colleges. For NLU, it is about Rs 2 Lacs, for state government colleges, it's Rs. 36000, for private colleges it's Rs 1.60 lakh. Hostel and flooding is about 1 Lacs for private colleges, where as for NLU and state govt colleges it's only 35-40 thousand. These figure are not exact figures.
