Yes, you can pursue LLB after completing your B.Tech however, it is not advisable since you have already gained specialization in engineering background. It will be entirely a field change however, on the other side it could help you depending upon how you use your knowledge in engineering and legal together as a professional. You might be able to get a job in legal department of an engineering company. So, it is advised to think for some time before going for LLB.
After graduation it will be 3 years program and be sure to pursue it from BCI approved university.

Both options of five year integrated law degrees are equally good. If you are targeting to become a corporate lawyer then BBA is a better option.

Hi, Yes you should go for 3 years LLB program it also a great career option. 3 years LLB program is available after graduation. Incase, if a person opts for BA + LLB or BBA + LLB course then the duration is 5 years however, after graduation it is 3 yours. There are lots of good colleges I.e private and public both such as faculty of law, National Law School of India University, RNB Global University etc which you can consider for your further education.
you need to clear for CLAT or LSAT exams for admission in law colleges and be sure that the colleges are approved by Bar Council of India.

Mohit, there is not such thing as degree through correspondence but regular kind. It would be specified on your degree or the name of the institute will state that it is a correspondence degree.
Better would be go for regular one. Entrance tests like CLAT/ LSAT etc are over. So, try for admission in institutes where admission is possible on basis of both I.e. CLAT/ LSAT as well as without it.
Law schools that offer admission through CLAT/ LSAT as well as previous qualifying exam are
Lovely Professional University, Phagwara
Amity University, Noida
G D Goenka University, Gurgaon.
Check their websites for more details.
Good luck.
