For admission in LLB first one must be graduate and need to appear in entrance exam conducted by universities in which you are looking for admission and thereafter your performance in entrance exam you will shortlisted.

Usa application is through common app website.you should create account there immediately. Then you need to book sat test in Oct not later. You should be able to apply by December this year for admission in August next year
