To become a corporate lawyer, you should opt for either BBA and LLB or B.Com and LLB course.
Both these courses are good. A corporate lawyer should know about finances, and how to handle the money and other necessary things of a company. To understand the basics of accounting, you need to go for either BBA or B.Com.
To pursue either BBA and LLB or B.Com and LLB, you can go for:

Yes, of course you can do one regular degree and one distance degree simultaneously. But make sure that your exams doesn't clash because the exams of LLB are conducted semester wise but the degree exams of IGNOU held annual whether in June or in December.
All the best.

Hi,
You shouldn't pursue law along with BA as you will not be able to handle it. You can pursue BA LLB which is a 5 year course if you want to study law during graduation. For this, you have to appear for CLAT which is Common Law Admission Test. Also, you can pursue law during post graduation i.e. MA in LLB after completing your graduation in any subject. In this case also, you need to appear for the same entrance exam. To become eligible for this entrance after 12th, you have to get at least 45% marks in class 12th and to become eligible for it after graduation, you require at least 55% marks in your graduation.
