To be eligible for the LL.B. course at JCCL, you must have completed your graduation in any stream from a recognised university with a minimum of forty-five percent marks (for general category). Reserved category candidates usually get a relaxation of five percent. There is no age limit, making it an ideal place even for career shifters or professionals who want to transition into law. The college accepts applications based on merit and sometimes through centralized admission procedures, depending on regulations of the Bar Council and the university. It's open to all who have a genuine passion for law.

Applicants must have a Bachelor degree from an accredited university with at least 45% overall (or 40% for SC/ST students) in order to be admitted to the Jitendra Chauhan College of Law (JCCL) three-year LL.B. program. Performance on the MH CET Law exam administered by Maharashtra DHE determines selection. The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) which includes counseling, document verification and seat distribution based on merit and the MH CET Law rank is how candidates apply. General AI 2024 cutoff score was 97.22.
