Vydehi Institute of Law LLB scholarships eligibility criteria is inclusive of candidates's last qualifying exam. The scholarships is provided to students on the basis of percentage achieved in qualifying examination. The Scholarship will continue annually on maintaining required percentage as per the institution standard.

BA LLB at PG College of Law, Osmania University, is fulfilling eligibility for candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% (40% in SC/ST categories) aggregate marks from a recognised board. Subjects can be of any stream-science, commerce, or arts, giving the flexibility of application.

The other qualifying test is also the TS LAWCET (Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test). Minimum rank depends on that year's cutoffs, which are usually around 50-60 marks out of 120 for general category. Age limits are in accordance with BCI norms which are usually less than 20 years (22 for reserved categories)

To be eligible for the LLB programme at ISBR Law College, you need to have a pass a degree from any recognised Indian University with a minimum 45% of marks and 40% for SC, ST students of Karnataka.

Candidates wishing to apply for BBA-LLB at NMIMS Dhule must have cleared Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate. Candidates who have appeared for the final exams of Class 12 are also eligible to apply for the course and get provisional admission on the condition that they will secure a minimum of 45% aggregate. Candidates must also appear for NMIMS-LAT and clear the cutoff set by the university to make it to the final shortlist.
