CLAT is compulsory only if you want to get admission in 5yr integrated programme in nlus. NLUD although conducts its own AILET exam. CLAT score is also approved by many pvt. Colleges, so it is beneficial to give.

There are many exams like bhucet which is the most preferred one and other universities like JMI, AMU and CCSU are also offering 3 year law so you have to give entrance there as well. CCSU though is based on cut offs.

It depends on what you want to do, if you want to do law you will have to do a 3 year law course, then you can do a job, in pvt. firm or government job or start your own practice, whatever suits you. You must be more experienced as you have been working for 3 years.

Hi
First of all, you have to do a 3 year LL.B. from DU/CCSU/JMI etc. Then you can do Masters in corporate law from NLUD, DU, ILI, AMU, JMI etc.

Hi
The answer would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. Both the career are good. MBA done from a good college is a headstart but a career in LLB can be slow. Since you will appear for government exam, do law as it gives you power and authority, but remember that promotions may not be that fast.

Hi
While no strong yes or no can be given, it depends on you to make it worthy. Studying law is not only ltd. to classrooms, you have to get out and do internships as well and since Delhi has all the courts and major companies and firms it is tremendous benefit. Furthermore, there are many other law colleges and universities from which you can pursue certificate courses to boost CV. These advantages are not available in Odisha and many aspirants from your state come to Delhi. But at the same time the radical environment in JMI cannot be ignored. So you have to see it for yourself.
