Candidates looking for admission to a 3-year LL.B. course needs to apply for DU LL.B. entrance test, which is an online objective question type-examination to be conducted from June 2 to 9th. To appear in the entrance test of DU LL.B. 2020, successfully registered candidates will be issued the DU LL.B. admit card from May 15 onward. The university gives admissions on the basis of scores and merit obtained by the candidates in DU LL.B. Entrance test. Distance degrees are acceptable for regular LLB course, if done from a UGC DEB approved university. So if you have done the graduation from a UGC DEB recognized university then you can pursue LLB regular course.

No, you cannot do LL.B. course. The minimum eligibility criteria of LLB course is a Bachelors degree with minimum 50% of marks for General, 45% for OBCs and 40% for SC/ST.

As per the eligibility criteria of LLB, the candidate should have passed Bachelors degree with minimum 50% of marks (for general candidates). Therefore, you have to first clear your backlogs before applying for LLB.

Your B.Sc. IT distance degree is valid and marks are good enough for pursuing the regular LLB course. Hence you can pursue the regular LLB course.

Yes, you can do LLB course because BPD (B.A. ) is an UG programme. The eligibility criteria of LLB is a Bachelors degree in any discipline with minimum 45-50% of marks.
