Yes, you can apply in three year LL.B. Course from any university offering the course. Usually, colleges ask for a minimum percentage of 50 in graduation. There are some university which gives admission in 45% as well.

If you are asking about the TNDALU, then you can take the admission in 3 years of LL.B. course without giving the entrance exam. The Selection procedure of LL.B. Course is given below.
SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR 3 YEAR LL.B. [HONS. ].: Admission to the three year LL.B. [Hons. ]. The NLUs offer 5 year Integrated LL.B. Programmes like B.A, LL.B., BBA LL.B. and B.Com LL.B. The eligibility criteria of these courses is 10+2 with minimum 50% of marks+CLAT entrance exam. The NLUs does not offers LL.B. Course directly, however NLUs also offering the LL. M. programs for which eligibility criteria is LL.B. So from above you cannot do LL.B. directly from NLUs. You have to enter here after 12th for integrated LL.B. courses through the CLAT entrance exam.

The latest fee structure of DU for LLB course is not uploaded on the website. However, as per the year 2018-19 fee structure, the LLB (3 years) course fee was about Rs 20562.
