See, the application dates of some institutions are out or about to be out in few days. You first have to see which institution you are aiming and then search for entrance dates. Most of the institutions end their date by 31st march.

Yes, you can surely get into DU LL.M as the only eligibility criteria is the minimum percentage secured in the undergraduate degree and not 12th.

Sorry, there's no way. You arena't eligible for LL. M. unless you belong to some special category and the university provides for a minimum marks of less than 45 for such a special category.
