It depends on your interest. If you are interested in law, then you must go for LLB. If you are interested in dealing with people and enhancing your skills and personality, then you can pursue MBA.

Law course through distance is not valid. if you want to pursue a course just for knowledge, you can do a certificate level course. You should better contact new colleges as they have some options for you regarding attendance.

Law is not allowed in distance mode. Yes, for knowledge, you can do certificate level courses but for full time course you need regular, for extra requirement contact directly the university or college than can help you in this matter.

Yes, you can pursue MBA programme after completing your LLB programme but before that, you need to check your interest and career options.

There are twelve hostels for male and female students who are pursuing full-time courses in the university. These are Gwyer Hall, International Students House, Jubilee hall, Mansarovar Hostel, Post-Graduate Men's Hostel, University Hostel for Women, Meghdoot Hostel, D. S. Kothari, V. K. R. V. The criterion for admission into Government Law College, Mumbai is the Common Entrance Test (CET) from the year 2016 onwards.
The CET Examination for the 3-year LLB course and the 5-year LLB course will be conducted on 22nd May 2016.
The percentage scored in the HSC/CBSE/State Board Examinations will not continue to be the criterion for admission into Government Law College, Mumbai.
