Hi Raaj, In distance Education most of the universities and institutions conduct classes on weekend whereas In regular Education the internal exams are obligatory. If you wish to pursue your LL.B. with your job than you can pursue through distance learning. But for your reference this degree won't hold much value in the market. For admission in distance course there is no such entrance exam required. All the Best!

LLB is the best option. While there is a neverending recession in B.Tech and CA fields, lawyers are getting hired daily. But you may consider the fact LLB. is a long-term maturity career. You would see your growth start when others would be earning well and then you will very soon see overtaking them.

No, it is not necessary for you to attend the classes everyday for a 3-year LLB. Unlike for the 5-year course, Students enrolled are mostly working and hence, there is no compulsion to maintain a minimum percentage of attendance, but this may vary as per the university or the institute to which you approach. I would suggest you make an extra effort and have a direct conversation with the university you are planning to get into.
