LLB is a law programme that you can pursue after graduation and you can do practice after getting the License from Bar council of India.
Yes, you can pursue LLB programme from any graduation degree and duration is for 3 Years through regular mode only.
You can apply for CLAT and individual entrance exam of different universities for Admission in LLB programme.

As per the guidelines, LLB programme will be a regular mode and as you have a government job, how can you manage your work schedule with a fulltime course.
So, choose the programme considering all the factors.

I can't provide you with an exact mark distribution, but I can tell you that it won't have negative marking and usually the time allotted is around 1 minute per question.

Yes, you can pursue 2 different programme from 2 different university in regular and distance mode.
LLB is a fulltime course so accordingly you can pursue MA as distance mode with IGNOU.

(a) Eligibilty: Minimum 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree (three years course after graduation or five years course after 10+2 examination). The candidates should be eligible for registration with Bar Council of India/State. Candidate should be from a College/University recognized by Bar Council of India.
(b) Candidate Age mudt be between 21 to 27 years
(c) Must meet medical standard
(d) The Selection process followed is as below:-
