Dear,
As per Bar Council of India, the minimum percentage is 45% for SC/ST and OBC category students in graduation if they want to pursue LLB programme.
So accordingly, you are not eligible.
You need to upgrade your grades in Master's degree, you can apply for LLB programme.

In India, there are mainly two types of LLB course, namely LLB 5years and LLB 3 years. After graduation, LLB 5 years can be done after 12th and the course are BA LLB, B.Com LLB, B.Sc LLB and BBA LLB which may be honors or not in law it doesn't matter much to have a honors degree. The curriculum is somewhat same as approved by the bar council of India.

There are lots of candidates who crack DU LLB entrance exam without coaching in their first attempt. You can crack exam in the first attempt with proper planning and self-preparations provided you have good IQ and communications skills. You may evaluate your own strength and weakness and then plan your preparation strategy.

Admission can be achieved on transfer basis. The documents needed would also include your mark sheet, the proof of reason for transfer. After this, if you match the basic eligibility of the program, then your documents will be mapped.

Dear,
Only adding LLB degree won't help you to get settled career even. You can pursue psychology in Master degree and think upto PhD specially in clinical psychology.
So, choose the field according to your caliber and interest don't go with programme name and influence of others.
All the best.
