Hi,
If you wish to practice law in India later, you should take the course in India as govt jobs are not allowed for degrees abroad until you clear Bar exam by BCI.

As per guidelines framed by Bar Council of India, LLB programme provided only in regular mode due to the importance of moot court, complex course module.
If any university offers in distance mode then the degree is not valid and not acceptable further to get the license from bar council.
So, choose the regular mode and get the knowledge and skills for practice.

BA LLB is a five year degree program. The course is an integration of arts and law. Any student who has completed class 12th can join this course.
BBA LLB is also a five year program. But, it is an integration of management and business subjects and law. However, the career opportunities for both these courses are same. Candidates should also meet the minimum score required in the qualifying graduation degree examination. The minimum qualifying marks in degree examination for different categories is given below
General As per DU LLB 2017 eligibility criteria, the candidates belonging to General category need to secure a minimum of 50 per cent marks in the qualifying degree-level examination.
