Both the degrees B.Com or BMS before LLB are equally good. You can do any. Both will help you to become good corporate lawyer or tax consultant.

For LLB admissions there are certain entrance exams the one which is considered by most of the universities is CLAT, apart from this few well known and reputed universities conduct their own entrance exam such as DU, Jamia, JNU, Mumbai university etc.

For admission in LLB, One need to appear for entrance tests conducted by different universities for admission in LLB.CLAT is the entrance exam conducted by a group of reputed universities for Law.apart from this there are certain other entrances such as of DU/JNU/IP etc. so for admission in LLB you need to appear for entrance first then on the basis of your entrance test score you can check in which college you can get admission as per their cutoffs.
