It is a very nice course. Every company has requirement for supply chain, demand planner and all related field job. Especially, if you see FMCG/FMCD companies. Best college for SCM is NITIE – Mumbai. The average package offered is Rs.15 – Rs.18 lakhs. For that you have to fetch a CAT score of 98+. Other than this you have colleges like, SIOM (Symbiosis institute of operations management).

For pursuing MBA from abroad, different countries require different scores, like IELTS,TOEFL,GMAT, etc. So, first of all you need to decide on that, then you can pick the specialization of your choice.

As you are focusing on Supply Chain Management, so, that suggests you are working related to same field. Now, there are certain factors you need to understand before finalizing this specialization.
There is a new specialization which is been offered by few good Universities now i.e. Operations & Production Management.
Beauty of this course is it covers all area like inventory & purchase, maintenance, operations and last but not the least, logistic or supply chain.
Doing Supply Chain Management will restrict you to apply to industries which are core working in Logistic.
