It is a difficult question to answer as both the topics are quite good in Canada and the top Universities also offer courses in Project Management and Supply Chain management. A good way to choose the course is by first knowing your career plans. Also keep your past education and work experience is mind while deciding.

Retail Management is a wider picture which includes supply chain management as one of its course. Whereas supply chain is collecting raw material to manufacturing to reaching the consumers - a product goes through a chain of events before it reaches the consumers.

The answer to your question actually depends on your requirement like what are your career prospects, what profile or exp you carry, which domain/field you want to opt for, etc.
Further as far as MBA in Logistics & SCM is concerned. Performance of supply chain is directly proportional to the productivity of a company. With the retail boom in the country, a career in SCM is both challenging and rewarding option. You could get the following job profiles after completing the required qualifications: Commodity Buyer, Supply Planner, Supplier Manager, Purchasing Executives, Implementation Manager, Procurement Officer.
