Yes, you can do MBA in supply chain management. The course can be pursued after completing of graduation from a recognised University, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%, But for doing MBA you have to give entrance exam.

You can pursue PG Diploma in logistics and supply chain management. First, pursue graduation in any field and then opt for this course. It won't straightaway get you 50K per month salary but you will reach there after 2-3 years of work experience.

You should go for MBA in operation as it has many options and If you are keen in logistic / supply chain then you can go for SCM.

A Ph.D. is done in Management and you can do your research in that on the domain you want to research about. Supply chain management is not a subject/Domain in which Ph.D. is awarded.
