For SCM specialization, it depends on how much hard work you do to get placed yourself in a very renowned company. You do get opportunities for many companies but again it depends on your area of interest. I will advise you to apply for colleges which have SCM as a flagship course. Yes you get diverse roles like consulting, business analyst or core profile and there are placement opportunities. You can have a look at placement brochure for the companies that visited SIIB.

In my opinion, B.Com with logistics and SCM. The reason is that in logistics part, you will face a lot of issues concerned with tax, accounts, time management, cost of transportation, etc. So, it will be easy if go for the above-mentioned combination.
