Hi Vijay,
You can check Singapore,Hong Kong, UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Out of these I would suggest Australia, NZ, Canada and Hong Kong for better post study work options.

You can choose any course as per your interest and study. HR is mainly for girls and has scope for them so Supply Chain Management is an better option but MBA should be done from institute of good repute so that you can get a good career start.

If you have completed any graduation apart from diploma try doing CII's SCM certification which can help you to get a job. if not also then try searching Jobs for logistics and warehousing you will find it.

Hello Sunil,
PG diploma indicates that it is "Post Graduate" diploma. Meaning you can do it only after obtaining graduation. Unfortunately two years if study for diploma or even obtaining this diploma is not equivalent to degree and hence unfortunately you are not eligible.

If you want to do it through distance education then you may chose from Symbiosis, ICFAI, SMU. However, if you have time by your side then I suggest you opt for regular mode of education and for it give CAT / MAT exams.
