APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University offers two UG programmes in the streams of Medical and Health Sciences, i.e. BPharm. Admission to BPharm programme is based on a candidate's UPSEE score (now CUET UG). To be eligible candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Diploma in Pharmacy course recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India u/s 12 of The Pharmacy Act, securing a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate is also another eligibility criteria. The accepted entrance exam is CUET for BPharm course.

The Central Council of Indian Medicine's rules shall be adhered to concerning the migration of students from other Ayurvedic colleges; that is, after completing the first-year test, the students may be permitted to take the migration to continue their studies at another institution. Yes, degree from KCEM Lucknow is valid and widely accepted. The college offers undergraduate degree in three courses: BBA, BCA and BCom in affiliation to Lucknow University. KCEM Lucknow is part of Krishna Educational Foundation and is also UGC approved.

KCEM Lucknow tuition fee comprises of several components. KCEM Lucknow offers UG degree in BBA, BSc and BBA and the fee for all three courses is INR 1.5 lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, the students will have to pay examination fee and enrollment fee as well. The college allows the student to pay the tuition fee in five installments.
